“ … Here is another one. A change in what Human nature will allow for government. "Careful, Kryon, don't talk about politics. You'll get in trouble." I won't get in trouble. I'm going to tell you to watch for leadership that cares about you. "You mean politics is going to change?" It already has. It's beginning. Watch for it. You're going to see a total phase-out of old energy dictatorships eventually. The potential is that you're going to see that before 2013.

They're going to fall over, you know, because the energy of the population will not sustain an old energy leader ..."

Govt to speed up steam power plant development

Padang (ANTARA News) - State-owned electricity company PT PLN will speed up the making of five steam power plants from 30-36 months to 23 months, director Eddie Widiono said here Thursday.

"Therefore, PLN is ready to offer contractors incentive options like in the form of cash bonus," he said after attending a ceremony to lay a cornerstone for a renovation project of SDN 06 elementary school which was damaged by an earthquake.

Steam power plant development acceleration is part of a 10,000 megawatt power plant expansion, he said adding that a contract to build the five steam power plants was approved last March 23.

Last month PLN signed the engineering, procurement, and construction contracts on the five steam power plant development with four China's contractors namely CNTIC, Chengdu, Sinomach, Harbin Power and Malaysia`s Zeland.

CNTIC will manage the development of 1x625 MW steam power plant in Suralaya, Banten province; Chengda for 2x316 MW power plant in Labuhan, Banten province; Sinomach for 3x330 MW power plant in Indramayu in West Java; Harbin Power for 1x660 MW power plant in Paiton in East Java; and Zelan for 2x316 MW power plant in Rembang, in Central Java.

"Our target is that 300 MW-steam power plants can be operated before general election which will be held in 2009. But if it is possible 600 MW-steam power plants can be operated in 2009 as well," he said.
