“ … Here is another one. A change in what Human nature will allow for government. "Careful, Kryon, don't talk about politics. You'll get in trouble." I won't get in trouble. I'm going to tell you to watch for leadership that cares about you. "You mean politics is going to change?" It already has. It's beginning. Watch for it. You're going to see a total phase-out of old energy dictatorships eventually. The potential is that you're going to see that before 2013.

They're going to fall over, you know, because the energy of the population will not sustain an old energy leader ..."

Royal Vopak establishes terminal JV with AKR

By Staff Writer, Energybusinessreview.com, 15th November 2007

Dutch firm Royal Vopak and Indonesian firm AKR Corporindo have established a joint venture company, PT Jakarta Tank Terminal, for the construction and operation of a petroleum terminal at the Tanjung Priok port in Jakarta.

The Vopak Jakarta terminal is a strategic infrastructure project in the Jakarta port and will provide international standard terminal facilities for participants interested in the fast deregulating Indonesian petroleum downstream sector.

This is Vopak's first investment in Indonesia. The terminal will be built over 15.5 hectares of land with water rights and is expected to have a total storage capacity of 450,000 cubic meters. It will be constructed in two stages with the first stage expected to be commissioned in the second half of 2009 with 250,000 cubic meters. It will also have two jetties.

The strategic location of the port and the draft of 14 meters will enable large oil tankers to berth at this terminal and discharge the cargo. The terminal will be designed, constructed and operated by Vopak.
