“ … Here is another one. A change in what Human nature will allow for government. "Careful, Kryon, don't talk about politics. You'll get in trouble." I won't get in trouble. I'm going to tell you to watch for leadership that cares about you. "You mean politics is going to change?" It already has. It's beginning. Watch for it. You're going to see a total phase-out of old energy dictatorships eventually. The potential is that you're going to see that before 2013.

They're going to fall over, you know, because the energy of the population will not sustain an old energy leader ..."

Govt launches "Stop Child Abuse" campaign

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian government in cooperation with the United Nations Children`s Fund (Unicef) launched on Monday a "Stop Child Abuse" campaign to counter the increasing number of violent acts against children.

The campaign, launched on the occasion of World Prevention of Child Abuse Day, was aimed at making parents more aware of children`s rights, State Minister of Women`s Empowerment Meutia Hatta Swasono said.

"The campaign is also designed to change the mindset on the part of some people that child abuse in any form is not justified," she said at the function also attended by the chief of the Unicef representative office in Indonesia, Dr Gianfranco Rotigliano.

Mutia said the campaign which would among others be carried out through advertisements in the mass media would be very strategic to inform the public about the impact of child abuse.

"That`s why I hope the message of this campaign will be heard not only by people living in major cities but also by people from all walks of life in Indonesia," she said.

Child abuse was still occurring in several parts of the country, she said.

Quoting statistical data, she said, police received 16 cases of child abduction between June and August 2007.
