Jayapura (ANTARA News) - The Papua provincial forestry office and the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature)-Indonesia Sahul Papua office are organizing a two-day workshop on forest conservation here starting Thursday.
The workshop would discuss identification of high-value conservation areas to support sustainable development in Papua, Benja Mambai, program director of WWF-Indonesia Sahul Papua office, said here Thursday.
Some 26 participants representing the Papua and West Papua provincial administrations, academicians and NGOs are attending the workshop.
