“ … Here is another one. A change in what Human nature will allow for government. "Careful, Kryon, don't talk about politics. You'll get in trouble." I won't get in trouble. I'm going to tell you to watch for leadership that cares about you. "You mean politics is going to change?" It already has. It's beginning. Watch for it. You're going to see a total phase-out of old energy dictatorships eventually. The potential is that you're going to see that before 2013.

They're going to fall over, you know, because the energy of the population will not sustain an old energy leader ..."

ITB to award Yudhoyono with honorary doctorate

The Jakarta Post  |  Tue, 02/03/2009 7:50 PM

The academic senate of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) has decided to award President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono with an honorary doctorate for his contribution to the development of information technology.

ITB will present the award on its 50th anniversary on March 2, senate member Miftah Faridl said Tuesday, as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.

He added the decision was reached after a vote on Jan. 16, following two years of assessing possible candidates for the award.

"There were pros and cons on his appointment as the recipient of the award. Those who opposed his appointment did so because of the upcoming election," Miftah said.

He added he had voted for Yudhoyono because of the latter's significant contributions to the development of technology in the country during his reign as president. (and)
