TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:The Downstream Oil and Gas Agency (BPH Migas) has indicated that there will be a commercial entity other than the state-owned oil company PT Pertamina, to distribute subsidized fuel, which is also known as public service obligation.
"There may be another commercial entity which will distribute subsidized fuel oil, although Pertamina will remain the dominant player," said BPH Migas committee member, Jugi Prajogio, last week. Every enterprise can work together in using the subsidized fuel oil storage tanks.
