Aceh to host international nurses conference

Banda Aceh (ANTARA News) - Aceh province is to host an international nurses conference next June 16-18, chairman of the local Nurses Association , Saifuddin AR, said here on Saturday.

Under the theme "Clinical Nursery to face the Future", the June conference would bring together nurses from around the world to share their experiences.

He said the event was expected to contribute to the betterment of health services to the people.

"The event is also a chance for Aceh province to show to the participants the current situation in the region," he said adding that up till now, 300 participants namely from Norway, Sweden, Thailand and Malaysia had confirmed their plans to attend the upcoming event.
