Lippo builds shopping mall, hospital in KupangProperty developer Lippo Group has begun construction on a shopping mall and a hospital in the East Nusa Tenggara capital of Kupang, valued at Rp 500 billion (US$57.5 million).Group owner James Riyadi said the construction projects were expected to be completed in two years.“At the first stage, i.e. in the first six months, we will complete the preparations, especially regarding licenses with the Kupang administration,” James said during the groundbreaking ceremony of the mall and the Siloam Hospital at Kupang’s Fatululi exhibition area.He added that property developers were beginning to set their eyes on eastern Indonesia, tribunnews.com reported on Sunday.
