Yogyakarta Governor Sultan Hamengkubuwono X launches Tuesday his website, www.hbforri.com, to help him reach out to voters ahead of the presidential election in July. Despite having declared his bid to run, no major party has so far given its backing to the highly popular governor. JP/P.J. LEO
