Jakarta (ANTARA News/Asia Pulse) - Property company PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) plans to sell 30 per cent of its shares worth around Rp2 trillion (US$222 million) in an initial public offering it plans to launch this year.
The company has named CLSA as the underwriters for the IPO to be launched in second half of this year at the latest, a company official said. The fund from the share sales will be used for business expansion, the official told the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia.
